DC PCSB Transparency Policy
The DC Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB) aims to enhance the accessibility of information for DC public charter school families and stakeholders by requiring schools to post specific public information on their websites. This policy ensures that the public has accurate and up-to-date information, as schools are responsible for maintaining the most current documents on their websites. The policy includes documents such as charter school board meeting calendars, course offerings, graduation requirements, school calendars, student handbooks, at-risk funding plans, annual reports, and more. Schools must post these documents within 14 days of submitting them to DC PCSB or updating materials to comply with local or federal laws. Failure to comply may result in an Early Warning or Out of Compliance notice from DC PCSB.
