The HVAC-R course prepares students for careers in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC-R) through hands-on training and foundational construction knowledge. Students develop technical, safety, and professional skills while preparing for industry certifications and entry-level opportunities in the skilled trades workforce.

Introduction to HVAC-R Part I

An intensive course prepares students to enter into the rewarding profession of HVAC-R.  Learn the principles of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration and apply technical knowledge and skills to repair, install, service, and maintain HVAC-R systems.

Credentials Earned: Universal HVAC 608, 609 & NCCER 

Introduction To HVAC-R Part II

An extension of HVAC-R (Part 1), with deep dive and hands on experience with System Components, Installation and Troubleshooting and Advanced Concepts.

Credentials Earned: Universal HVAC 608, 609 & HVAC Excellence
